Service Description

Core Essentials is a structured 6-week program (12 sessions) designed to introduce athletes to the fundamental skills of volleyball in a supportive and engaging environment. Tailored for beginners, this program focuses on developing proper technique, confidence on the court, and a strong understanding of the game’s core principles. Over the course of six weeks, athletes will learn and practice: Serving, passing, setting, and hitting basics Court movement and positioning Team communication and sportsmanship Game play through age-appropriate drills and activities Led by experienced Core PVA coaches, Core Essentials emphasizes skill development, consistency, and fun—helping athletes establish the building blocks they’ll carry into future levels of play. Whether your athlete is brand new to the sport or looking to strengthen their foundation, Core Essentials provides the perfect starting point. Duration: 6 weeks Focus: Fundamentals, confidence, teamwork Outcome: A solid foundation to grow in volleyball and beyond
