These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CorePVA’s website, mobile applications, booking platform, training programs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). If you are under 18, you may only use the Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You may be required to create an account to access certain features.You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Scheduling and Payments
Booking of clinics, lessons, and programs is subject to availability.All fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.Cancellations and rescheduling must follow CorePVA’s posted policies.Unused credits or sessions may expire in accordance with program rules.
5. Health and Safety
Participation in athletic activities carries inherent risks. By using CorePVA’s Services, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with training, practices, and events. CorePVA is not responsible for injuries or accidents that may occur. Participants should consult a physician before beginning any program.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, logos, designs, text, graphics, videos, and software provided through the Services are owned by or licensed to CorePVA and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Code of Conduct
CorePVA is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and positive environment. We reserve the right to remove, suspend, or ban any participant, account, or booking for behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of these Terms.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. CorePVA is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such third parties.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CorePVA does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, or specific outcomes from participation in programs.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CorePVA and its affiliates, coaches, staff, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including injuries, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CorePVA, its affiliates, employees, and coaches from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) resulting from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
